DK222 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and DK222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your use of the DK222 website and all related services. DK222 operates at dk222.link and provides online sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot slots, esports betting, and related services.

By registering an account on DK222, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or accessing any other feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept all provisions set out herein.

These Terms apply to all users of DK222 regardless of the device used to access the platform. They apply equally to desktop, mobile browser, and any DK222 application access.

To register and use DK222, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

DK222 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where age cannot be confirmed to DK222's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an unverified account may be withheld until verification is complete.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met and that the information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one active DK222 account. Duplicate accounts – multiple accounts registered by the same individual using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers – are strictly prohibited. DK222 uses technical measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that player may be closed and any balance or pending bonuses forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and valid Pakistani mobile number. Any changes to this information must be updated promptly by contacting DK222 support. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DK222 account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. DK222 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact DK222 support immediately. DK222 cannot be held liable for losses arising from you sharing or failing to protect your login credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

DK222 is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You may be asked to provide copies of identity documents including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and payment method confirmation. This process is standard across all regulated online gaming platforms. Delays in providing verification documents may result in delays to withdrawal processing. DK222 will not use your documents for any purpose other than identity verification and compliance.

3.5 Account Closure

You may close your DK222 account at any time by contacting support. DK222 will process the closure within 48 hours. Any verified balance remaining will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following the applicable withdrawal procedures. DK222 may also close accounts where Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity is suspected, or ongoing responsible gaming concerns have been identified.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

DK222 accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa – Instant deposit and withdrawal, minimum Rs 200
• JazzCash – Instant deposit and withdrawal, minimum Rs 200
• NayaPay – Available for deposit and withdrawal
• SadaPay – Available for deposit and withdrawal
• IBFT Bank Transfer – All major Pakistani banks, 1–4 hours
• Visa / Mastercard – Credit and debit cards issued by Pakistani banks

All transactions on DK222 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. DK222 does not accept cash or cheque payments.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no DK222 fee applied to deposits. Third-party fees charged by payment providers (where applicable) are outside DK222's control. You must only deposit funds that belong to you – depositing on behalf of another person or using third-party payment credentials is prohibited. DK222 reserves the right to request confirmation that a payment method belongs to the account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. DK222 aims to process withdrawals within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: under 15 minutes once approved
• NayaPay / SadaPay: up to 1 hour
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–6 hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days

Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. DK222 charges no fees on withdrawals. All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal is approved where applicable bonus terms exist.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

DK222 offers a welcome bonus to new players upon first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per device or IP address. Players who create duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have both accounts closed and bonuses forfeited. The specific welcome bonus amount, percentage match, and minimum qualifying deposit are stated on the current promotions page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All DK222 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

Wagering contributions may vary by product:

• Sports betting markets: typically 100% contribution
• Casino slots: typically 100% contribution
• Live dealer casino tables: may contribute at a reduced percentage as stated per promotion
• Jackpot slots: contribution rate stated per promotion

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

Bonuses are only available to players who have provided accurate registration information and whose accounts are in good standing with DK222. Bonus abuse – including but not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts, using bonuses on systematically low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, or other strategies designed to extract bonus value without normal gaming risk – will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure. DK222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.

5.4 Ongoing Promotions

DK222 runs regular promotions including enhanced odds events, free bet offers, rebate schemes, and seasonal bonuses tied to major sporting events such as PSL, T20 World Cup, Premier League milestones, and major esports tournaments. Each promotion carries individual terms that apply in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence for that specific offer.

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets placed on DK222 are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when a confirmation message is displayed in the platform interface and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled after confirmation. You are responsible for checking the details of your bet – selection, stake, market, and odds – before confirming. DK222 does not accept any liability for bets placed in error.

6.2 Odds

DK222 quotes odds in decimal format. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet, subject to the rules on in-play betting below. Pre-match odds may change before an event begins. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.

6.3 In-Play Betting

DK222 offers live in-play betting across cricket, football, tennis, basketball, esports, and other sports. In-play odds are updated in real time. There may be brief delays between events occurring in a match and odds adjusting. DK222 accepts in-play bets in good faith. Where a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a data error, feed failure, or clear pricing mistake, DK222 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account. This provision does not apply to legitimate in-play trading moves.

6.4 Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies or tournament organisers. DK222 uses the following settlement sources:

• Cricket: PCB, ICC, official match scorecards
• Football: FIFA, UEFA, respective league governing bodies
• Tennis: ATP, WTA official tournament results
• Esports: official tournament organisers (Riot Games, Valve, PUBG Corp, etc.)

Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, DK222 will apply the settlement rules published in the detailed betting rules section of the platform. Bets on abandoned matches are generally voided with stakes returned unless a result was determined before the abandonment under applicable rules.

6.5 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single bet slip. All selections must win for an accumulator to pay out. If any selection within an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the overall accumulator odds are recalculated accordingly. Minimum accumulator is two legs. Maximum accumulator legs and maximum payout limits are stated in the platform.

7.1 Game Availability

DK222 makes no guarantee of continuous availability of any specific casino game or live dealer table. Games may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, provider issues, or technical faults. DK222 is not liable for losses that could theoretically have been won during any period of game unavailability.

7.2 RNG Games

All random number generator (RNG) casino games on DK222 – including slots, virtual table games, and digital card games – use certified RNG software tested by independent accredited laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any outcome in any individual session or over any specific number of rounds.

7.3 Live Dealer Tables

DK222 live dealer games including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat are operated by third-party live dealer providers. The rules of each live game are displayed at the table. Where a technical issue causes a live round to be disrupted – connection failure, feed interruption, dealer error – DK222 will follow the live game provider's settlement procedures. Bets affected by technical interruptions may be voided and stakes returned where a fair result cannot be determined.

7.4 Jackpot Slots

Progressive jackpot slot prizes on DK222 are funded by a portion of stakes placed across all players on that jackpot network. Jackpot prizes are awarded according to the rules of the specific game. DK222 is not responsible for jackpot prize pools, which are managed by the relevant game provider. A jackpot win is subject to standard KYC verification prior to payout where the prize exceeds the standard withdrawal verification threshold.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DK222 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on DK222 with the intent to claim multiple bonuses or exploit any platform offer
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with casino games
• Match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on non-public information relating to the outcome of an event
• Colluding with other players in poker, casino, or any other competitive DK222 game format
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or attempting to use DK222 for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or mispriced odds in a systematic or deliberate manner
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification
• Accessing DK222 using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans
• Placing bets via DK222 on behalf of another person who has been self-excluded or whose account has been closed

DK222 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time and at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your DK222 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.

DK222 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While DK222 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, DK222 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions
• Delays in live score or odds data feeds caused by third-party data providers
• Losses resulting from bets placed based on misread or misunderstood odds, markets, or rules
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Internet connectivity issues on your end affecting bet placement or game play

In no event shall DK222's total liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all forms of claim including contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

DK222 may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the DK222 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using DK222 and contact support to close your account before the change comes into effect.
